Yes, but people who vote Klan Party don't think "it can happen to them". To be fair, that's not necessarily a Left stupid. But in the 21st century I don't have any concerns that a "Rabid Republican Christian" is going to impose her religious beliefs on me by force. Not just because of a century of indoctrination by the Communist Party in education and media, although that's a real thing. It's because centrist ( generally Republican ) Americans won't tolerate losing freedoms to religious zealots, no matter if they wave a Crescent, Cross, or Dream Catcher. Whereas, the Left has a solid history for over a century of murdering it's enemies, which include the insufficiently zealous, being fundamentally dishonest, and ruling with authoritarian terrorism. Also the number one cause of Death other than old age, in the 20th century wasn't cancer, war, or car crashes, it's being murdered by Leftists. Note1 There's some debate on Abortion, which divides along religious lines, with "Thou Shall Not Kill" on one & "if you want an omelette, you gotta break some eggs" on the other. I leave it to others to argue the Percentage of anti abortion folk that are genuinely concerned with killing babies and those who are more interested in authoritarian rule. It's not a 100/0% split. The pro babies killing side is divided more fractally, with Planned Parenthood Racist Genocide fans, Leftist Divide & Conquer, the genuinely concerned about personal freedoms, and the zero responsibility drones. Since I anger both sides with my position of "I don't like it when you kill babies, but I'll vote on the side of more freedom" I'll stop there. | ||

On killing babies, anyone who can justify killing off their unborn offspring probably deserves the right to do so. Just saying. It's a self correcting problem...though not exactly what the eugenicists originally envisioned...although...black and brown people are disproportionately represented statistically in such services...so maybe they're getting what they wanted all along. Mostly, though...I don't think any of that crap should be publicly funded at all. The roots of all leftist causes are really all pretty awful, and justified in modern times by fanciful nonsense. | ||
