we find it maddening, and complain, when we see conservatives crucified for saying “boo” (e.g., Roger Stone) while left-wing criminals such as John Brennan and Jim Comey are allowed to skate. Yet are we doing any better? Exactly. As the article says, we want the actions to stop...but we let the people off the hook, to continue those very same actions. I've said it before - it's time to get dirty, and fight 'em on their level, with their rules. There is no other way. Cancel 'em back. | ||

Oh, I wouldn't use their rules. Their rules are meant for them to win by manipulating fear, hatred, envy, lies. You'd get, at best, only partial success, and usually become that which you hate, in the process. After all, these "rules" are fake. The rules don't apply to them. They're a trap for those who try to use them against them. Their system ( The Marxist cults ) is designed to be seductive. In multiple ways. One is the temptation to try to use evil ways to fight evil. Playing "fair" doesn't work because they cheat. But using their methods won't work for you, unless you become them, and then they won. Remember, the current cult is more than a century old, and steals shamelessly from the most evil cults in history. Like The Prophet's, and Machiavelli, and other death cults from ancient times. So, no, don't play by their rules. But you also don't need to play by rules they've designed the cult to exploit. For what should be obvious reasons I'm not going to detail... Uh... Stupid stuff. But you can feel free to point the Mob at them, as they do others. There's a real bloodletting going on Right Now in D.C. as various factions struggle to be in charge. Just Joe is temporary. Harris has dozens trying to be her muse/puppet master, and not every evil Leftist is part of Hydra. I agree with the editorial that the Centralized Power the Left wants is a weakness. There can't be Multiple Rulers. I seriously predict a bunch of very under-reported "suicides" and "death by natural causes" in the next 6 months. | ||

I'm seeing little if any resistance from our elected officials to tyrannical rule. The reign of terror has just begun, with Congresscritters calling for their Enemies in office to be Cancelled. OTOH, I agree both the Indoctrination Central School Control abuse of our children may result in serious revolts by Citizens, ( who will send their children to alternatives ) & the Greenie/Obama/Everyone Must Live In Cities so we can rule them more efficiently movement is running into the Panicdemic Tyrants Shutdown movement, which removed any incentive to live in cramped disease pools of human feces, since theater/restaurant/gymnasium culture is switched Off. Even an amateur archeology tv show watcher has learned that in ancient Greece, city life was centered around the markets, public baths, gymnasium, theater, government... In that order. Modern plumbing has made personal hygiene an individual matter for everyone, not just the rich who could afford to pay for running water and public facilities. So that aspect is obsolete. ( although the rich still can afford fancier swimming pools, as the Tv show my Father loved shows ) There's zero need to live in a crowded city to take a daily shower for the vast majority of Americans. Imagine my young adult self walking past the Public Baths in the city for the first time, and thinking how odd it was that a modern city still had facilities I normally associate with Rome of the Republic, and Ancient Greek Philosophers. Now imagine my surprise that they were in fact havens for a very different thing I also associated with Ancient Greeks...  And that very important aspect of human needs, to connect with others to form relationships, is just as shut down in cities today as indoor dining and public schools. Or, bluntly, if you can't hook up in bars, theaters, restaurants, markets & parks, then Why put up with the noise, crime, crowding, and garbage of too many people in too small a space? So the Watermelon urbanization crusade may falter without going to even more heavy handed authoritarian excess. That may put the Tech Masters Censorship/Cancel Unculture programs in a new light, as online dating/gaming/discourse becomes the Only way to connect. | ||

I can speculate that it's a combination of desire to fit in, the propaganda that the Left is Liberal instead of Authoritarian, and rebellion against parental/faith restrictions on behavior. It may just be identical to contemporary culture in all but severity? We live in interesting times. The Republican only poll shows that folk are concerned about the crushing of the economy by Coronapanic shutdowns, The Plague spreading more, Then pretty much together, Debt/spending, School Shutdowns, Coronapanic Lockdowns. Then Climate change, which shows the Propaganda is working too well, but that's my pet peeve. It's down a chunk from the top 5. I find the top five utterly reasonable. You may consider Coronapanic with a range of opinions, but no matter if your attitude is "OMG WE"RE ALL GOING TO DIE!" ( yep, eventually, Duh ) or "TYRANNICAL THUGS ARE DESTROYING AMERICA!"
