I eat it raw. I make up different dips from homemade spiced mayonnaise to ranch or ranch like dips. Steam it with some sliced turnips then mash it up. Come now, it's good for you!  | ||

I can't stand the stink of it. As soon as you cook it, just taints the whole kitchen. I can eat it shredded up or in small bits in a salad, but by itself - I'll pass. If zombies were roaming the earth and food was scarce, I could eat it all day every day. Don't get me wrong, I recognize it as a valuable food source in the right circumstances. But, zombies will be the threshold for that. | ||

The pizza crusts are good, so are some of the protein dinners with riced cauliflower. I forget who makes it, but one of my post-exercise go-to's is a protein meal that's a spicy meat-lovers bowl that has cauliflower in it. Mega-bowls or something, they're in the frozen section. But yeah, the after-effects can be...room-clearing  | ||

 so real. I like cauliflower roasted & the frozen units with cheese. I tried the Power bowl, and as a bachelor chow unit, not bad. It's when you boil it too long the sulfur based stuff comes out. Lots of veggies are like that, so quick high dry heat. Speaking of... | ||

Gots us some chicken quarters going in the sous-vide for dindin, gonna roast some mixed veggies in the oven... already gots brussel sprouts, might have to grab some cauliflower when we go out in a bit.  Oh, and Pete wins the Interwebs AGAIN.  | ||

A friend in college was red/green colorblind. He drove us to D.C. one weekend so we could go to a couple of clubs. THAT was a mistake. He could NOT drive in D.C. - scared the shit out of all of us a bunch of times, and nearly got us killed at least five times. At the time, most lights in Georgetown...were sideways. Whooops...hehe... | ||
