Did M2L models always have the M2L decal designation on the tail section and fly screen? Did M2Ls leave East Troy with M2 Cyclone decals/branding? DAve |

Did M2L models always have the M2L decal designation on the tail section and fly screen? Can you please show me a picture of an M2L decal on either the tail section or flyscreen? Honestly I don't know if they ever existed but, if they did, I'd sure love to see one... 1313 P.S. Someone with a late model M2 parts manual should be able to give some insight by checking their parts book.. |

...good point. I don't know that I've seen an M2L decal either. DAve |

My factory parts books shows no specific M2L decals. Only M2 decals. |

I've got the Buell graphics and encyclopedia of decals and branding somewhere. You've got me curious . . . |

My 2002 M2L does not have anything that says "M2L" My 2002 parts book is the same as Buell bert's.

I also dug out a Buell Bodywork Catalog 1995-2006 (99489-06Y). 2001 and 2002 M2 and M2L had the same decals listed. NO DIFFERENCE. No matter what the color of the paint 01&02 used part# M0773.01A3 (silver/clear) on the tailsection and part# M0774.01A3 (silver/clear) on the windscreen. |

I don't think the "L" refers to anything except the lowered ride height, doubt they ever made any specific graphics for it. I'll bet COURT has some additional insight. I am curious, does the VIN reflect the "L"? |

Hey all, figured it out, at least for the 2000-2001 models thanks to looking in the 2000-2001 M2 parts manual , not sure about the earlier years...

If anyone knows where the 2000 3-D White Decals (M0777.K) can be found, please let me know - the Tail Section and wind screen decals are pretty easy to find... |

Searching for dealers that may have one in stock it shows Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson to be the last dealer to account for one in inventory. |

Has anybody bought tank sticker/decals/logos from the guy in Italy on eBay? Seems he can make whatever color, the American flag style one does look cool, not sure if will look right on a molten orange tank though |
