I'm in Portland Oregon and I need to stock up on supplies for the 4th and next year. Bottle rockets make me happy. Where is the shop closest to me that I can reliably get bottle rockets and firecrackers? I am thinking Idaho. |

Roc, I beliveve that you can pick up what you need on the Yakima Nation Reservation. Would make for a nice ride! The only other place I can think of is just out of Spokane across the border in Idaho. If your not able to make it up that way, let me know, I do have a small stash that I can get to you, one should never be with out things that fly up in the sky and go boom! |

Up near Fife(WA) there is a Casino on tribal grounds. Lots of different stands around there... |

Careful, the state patrol loves to nab people driving off the reservation with bags of illegal fireworks. |

Roc, I can neither confirm nor deny this rumor, but rumor has it that if you drive up hwy-101 along the west side of Hood Canal before you get to Hoodsport you will be inundated with offers to sell you pyro-tech items that might at times put Ivar's to shame. Just watch out for old dudes on heart medication driving little pickups, they don't stop so well in traffic. I wasn't here.... |
