Goodyear’s official statement is that this was one location’s locally developed content and is not company policy. Their company policy is to avoid taking policy positions on politics. I suspect the local facility has a d&i manager, and that person is a leftie. (I suspect they all are, or they wouldn’t work in the grievance industry). That or they hired in some third party training and the material was brought in, again, by a leftie. The statement I read said the company has dealt with the people who thought this was acceptable. This was long enough ago that I don’t understand why conservative media are still beating them up about it. | |||
