Sure, it's the best proven way to not get killed by a robber, unless he's panicked, hopped up, nervous, doesn't acts like a proper British Gentleman, and a few other reasons that don't work. I know that's sarcastic, but it's also true. Just give them the watch. It's a thing. Feel free to curse it & him, but don't get your kids killed by being stupid. Violent assault, reason to fear for your life (other than a verbal & visual threat a mugger makes ) Go for it. Or lay low, use your head. Not so much. Remember, Leftist policy is "one man, one vote, one time" to get in power, then they run the counting, and from then on they always "win". You'd call it vote fraud, they call it business as usual. When you've elected religious cultists, they answer to a Higher Truth, not their constituents. And that Higher Truth is Power at any cost to others. So the subjects in Mogadishu or Minneapolis, really might not be responsible for the criminals that rule their hells. In any event, they don't really "deserve" to be oppressed by Evil scum. So carpet bombing Portland isn't the right answer. | ||

What does this do for our equity/inclusion work? Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but an English teacher should teach...oh....I dunno....ENGLISH. Ditto a history teacher - TEACH HISTORY. Save "equity and inclusion" for a college Ethics class - let kids be kids, and teach them how to read, write, and understand our history. A new report released Friday by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found children under the age of 18 are "at risk for severe COVID-19." Isn't that convenient timing? From March 1 to July 25, 576 children were reported to be hospitalized with COVID-19. The cumulative COVID-19–associated hospitalization rate among children during the period was 8 per 100,000 and was highest among children under 2 years old at 24.8 per 100,000. so...that's .008%, and .024%, respectively. I wonder...what are flu incidences for the same age groups? Again - how about we compare these numbers to ...well...ANYTHING, so we have that oh-so-elusive Frame Of Reference? I don't think they're nervous about their inability to pass a course they, themselves, are teaching...I think they are worried about being able to keep up the indoctrination habits they've developed, with parents watching. "You're not teaching English, you're teaching my child that transgender men should be allowed to play womens sports...why are you doing that??" | ||
