Anyone interested in a get-togther on a Saturday or Sunday in the greater L.A. area? I'd like to meet up with other XB owners, check out mods, get to hear how others with various exhausts sound and do a little Buell networking... I don't want to have to make it all the way to OC or SD to participate and I know there are others in the L.A. are itchin' to get together. Sound off here and we'll get something going -- lunch and ride or something similar. Let me know. I'd love to get together. It figures -- with my hours, my days off have been Fri, Sat, but starting next week, they're tentatively changing to Sun, Mon, Tue off... It seems that most of the bike events are hapenning on Sun so... If you wanted to work something out on a Sunday, I'm in! Steve. |

Saturday or Sunday is great. We'll wait and see how many others we get and figure out the best place and time for everyone. Sat. or Sunday is fine -- just as long as we get to ride! What city do you call home? I'm in Torrance. Chris |

I'm in the Santa Clarita valley -- near Six Flags Magic Mountain... There's at least one other member here from Saugus (just a few miles from me), but I don't recall his username. Maybe he'll see this as well... Steve. |

There's going to be a meeting of SCAB (So Cal Area Buellers) this Thursday in Orange. Details here. SCAB is a no dues, no officers, no rules type of thing, just fun with fellow Buellers. Come and bring your ideas. Everybody's welcome. Sparky |

Cool -- that's 4 of us thus far. I'll see how many more bites and then go ahead and organize the "event." I didn't know about SCAB, and Orange is closer than San Diego, so I will try and make it this Thursday, too. Always good to meet fellow Buellers! Chris I'

Met the SCAB folks tonight -- great group, good food, cool conversation and neat assortment of bikes. 3 XB9R's, a couple of XB12 lightnings, X1, M2 Cyclone, Hayabusa, and a really nice Aprilla Tuono. Got to see a wide assortment of different parts and installed pieces, but noone showed with a drummer. The race exhaust/muffler sounded plenty mean for my tastes, but I'd really like to hear a drummer in person. Ah well, one day. I would encourage everyone to come down (if that's alright!) and meet, it was very cool to see the "3 musketeers" all lined up next to each other

Hey Bark, My hubby (Charlieboy) and I normally post on the Arizona board, but we're looking to be out near Six Flags in mid to late July for some family stuff. Plus, my sister lives near the Wiltern Theater and I could always use an excuse to come & see her. I'll keep an eye out for what you all decide. Maybe you'll end up with some out of state visitors. 9grl -- congrats to you and your hubby on your "his and hers 9's!" Awesome! Are you guys going to ride out? I am sure we can arrange a get together and and a tour/lunch/ride...whatever! Let me (us) know when you all are out and we'll definitely hook up! Visitors ALWAYS welcome -- besides Arizona is close and I'll reciprocate in a visit someday Chris
