And exactly to the point I've been trying to make all along. Is this worth killing Western Civilization over? Because, like it or not...that's what we've done. Every day we're locked down will be another six months of recovery. We're digging a HUGE hole here, and nobody seems to realize (or care about) it. We need to open back up. NOW. The data is out there - this thing is nowhere near as deadly as everyone was afraid. We now know what "high risk" means. We now know which demographics are most vulnerable. We know how to PROPERLY protect those at risk...and we know that being open DOES NOT KILL PEOPLE. Look at Florida. It works. Open the hell back up, already. |

''Is this worth killing Western Civilization over?'' The lockdown served its purpose, there's no need to extend it indefinitely. And to think that Wuhan is up and running, while the West isn't. https://time.com/5817251/wuhan-coronavirus-lockdow n-reopens/ Unless, of course, this is worth killing Western Civilisation over. Just as with the climate crisis, the corona crisis is being used for political purposes. The purpose being is to dismantle the West of everything, Greta explains in no uncertain terms: That action must be powerful and wide-ranging. After all, the climate crisis is not just about the environment. It is a crisis of human rights, of justice, and of political will. Colonial, racist, and patriarchal systems of oppression have created and fueled it. We need to dismantle them all. Our political leaders can no longer shirk their responsibilities. https://www.theblaze.com/news/greta_thunberg_clima te_activism_not_about_environment Never let a serious crisis go to waste. Crisis is followed by normalisation. The question is, who's normalisation? If it's Greta's normalisation, then the purpose is clear. Dismantle Western Civilisation. |

The wisdom of taking the advice of an avowed mentally ill adolescent on overthrowing all of the establishment is undeniable! That said, I'm all for the destruction of the real evil organizations that make poverty and pollution the norm in far too much of the world. However Greta's list & mine may have little overlap. Her sponsors and handlers, for example. |

https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2020/05/24/ up-in-smoke-marijuana-med-men-249301 I saw this with game creator companies that thought they were riding the unstoppable wave of the market, and had such great bonuses at the office like theater rooms, arcade games & recreation areas that pampered the staff. ( in one famous case, the promised game was years late, and imho unplayable. The difference is that the guys who ran this pot business had a real product, and made some profits, but got greedy lavish lifestyles out of the company, as well as super celebrity status with politicians they bribed. |

“MedMen stands as a cautionary tale of American Wild West capitalism” Or, “This is what happens when a couple of pot heads run a company”. |

One puff on a webcast does not make you a pot head. Musk’s life revolves around getting to Mars and building insanely fast cars at an ever lower price point. These apparent criminals’ lives revolve around making drugs available to everyone. Do you see the difference? |

I wouldn't blame pot or Wild West Capitalism. Close to fascism where the private owners of businesses operate at the whim of the government officials they bribe. Big. Italy is my go to example, but 1930's Germany where entire companies were "legally" stolen and given to buddies of, for example, Hermann Goering may be more familiar. When you have Hollywood stars and Pols eager to be seen next to you at spectacles to promote your business, I can see how you could get the mistaken impression that you too were immune to reality. And prosecution. |

Antifa is absolutely the Dem brownshirt brigade, and they absolutely need to be brought down. Sic the feds on them, and let them rot in Leavenworth. People will not tolerate covering for rioters who may have committed federal crimes. ...or who have destroyed THEIR businesses... |

The only problem with city abandonment is the Locust effect. They move to stable, rural, red areas...and eat them alive with their progressive agendas. Once destroyed...they move to the next peaceful area, to ruin that as well. |

https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/16085/iran-vene zuela-terrorism With all the Domestic Revolution and Treason, not to mention deliberate Media Malpractice, you might have forgotten that Venezuela is ruled by monsters, supported by Cuba & Iran, who faked election results and routinely murder the subjects of Socialist Rule. I'm impressed that The Bad Orange Man used restraint in not sinking Iranian tankers. Both to reduce the odds of triggering the next phase of the ongoing/inevitable war, and protect the environment from massive oil pollution. The War is ongoing, and has been since 1979. I wonder if there's plans to steal the Gold, though. I'd have some. |

Hanson makes several misstatements about stats on race and police brutality, as well as assumes the police in this case were unjustifiably harsh and racist. Fact is, he didn’t die from a knee to the neck; he died from heart disease, meth and synthetic opioids. As with all the other ‘racist attacks by cops’ the truth will eventually come out, the cops will be acquitted, there will be more riots, and the usual suspects will claim there was a larger truth in their lies, and move on to the next reason to riot. |

Hoot, when someone dies of health problems and drug interactions, it's a tragedy. Even more when it's self induced recreational drugs. ( feel free to mock the dead, who are ultimately responsible for their own demise, but remember they have grieving Mothers, too ) If that tragic death takes place in the care of law enforcement officers, it is an unfortunate and all too common occurrence. Law officers should be, must be, trained in First Aid as part of their nigh impossible jobs. When POLICE videos show a man being forcibly restricted from movement, while complaining of trouble breathing, and the officer continues to restrict his movement after he is unconscious, after his pulse is undetectable, for minutes? That's certainly probable cause for a murder trial. I'm not a law enforcement expert. My training is First Responder, aimed at keeping folk alive until the pros arrive with defibrillators, drugs, and a voice/data connection with doctors. And I've been the First person at multiple vehicular crashes, fallen Seniors, one house fire, and more cases of heat & alcohol crises than I can count. This ain't my first rodeo, and I know better than to criticize the actions of emergency workers with limited information. It's a stressful, complicated and extremely difficult job. Humans are fragile and idiosyncratic beings. One size does not fit all. More, my martial arts teacher made it Very Clear, that restricting breathing past unconsciousness, and minutes beyond, is deliberate murder. Which appears to be the case here. And the officer's department apparently agrees, since he's been arrested & charged. I withhold final judgement until after investigation and trial, but it's not a pretty picture. None of which excuses looting and murder, IMHO. Protests, sure. There IS a need for accountability and oversight of police and politicians. Good luck on that second group. |

“Law officers should be, must be, trained in First Aid as part of their nigh impossible jobs.” They were. In fact, the only physical injury to the man was a broken rib sustained during CPR. “videos show a man being forcibly restricted from movement, while complaining of trouble breathing” The autopsy clearly shows he did not suffocate. If the police ignored his protests that he could not breathe, while speaking, which requires breathing, it is only because “I can’t breathe” is a common wolf cry routinely employed by those under restraint. It’s a ruse. The police know this. It’s a tragedy, for sure. |

“And the officer's department apparently agrees, since he's been arrested & charged” Short memory? He was not charged until the outrage mob descended on the police chief and the mayor. |
