39, 1st Buell, '01 Ducati 748S in the garage too. The Buell is my most recent and 10th bike. Everything from a KE100 dirt bike at 14 to an RC51, original Ninja (in '86), ZRX, VFR, etc. The Buell is the funnest at legal speeds. The Ducati is just plain sexy (and great at the track). Ride safe. Never Give Up! |

50+ and getting younger by the mile thanks to the XB9S. I'm old enough to remember when 350cc was considered large and a Brit 650cc twin was just too cool. Have owned 7 motorcycles, 4 made in Milwaukee or thereabouts; still have the Electra-Hog. |

I'm 30, to be 31 by the time I get my first bike, (man I wish I hadn't put it off so long.) I shouldn't get an XB to start with, (don't want to learn on and/or potentially drop a beautiful machine like that!) so I will probably be 32 or so until I have an XB... There seems to be quite a few here who have XB's as their first bikes. Hmm. Man, this is killing me. |

age 63 feel like 25 on my XB9S :-) Owned 25 different bikes in the 60's and 70's, did motocross and road racing. Second Buell: started with a Blast to get back in the swing of riding, bought the yellow peril about a month later: I am glad I chose this route. This a real golden age of motorcycling, I hope everyone appreciates the excellent machines and gear that is so easily available today. As an architect I have enormous respect for the XB design: not only is it a thing of beauty, but it manages to introduce a variety of original design concepts and have them all work as designed. It also creates a whole that is greater than the sum of the parts. In real life designs, this is very rarely achieved. |

This rider is nearly 40 and the XB9r was my 5th street bike. Still have it and have added a 6th to the family; a Ducati Monster. |

Mike (the increasingly incorrectly named Two Buells ) you need an S2 in there somewhere ... Henrik yes, I need an S2 and a Westwind but the next Buell will be XB12R. I just started riding my 98 S1 alot lately, after about a year of not riding it. The S1 is just too much fun but I'm getting spoiled with the great suspenion and ride of the XB's btw, the handle will be TwoBuells x2 after the XB12R.........
