TDS, plain and simple. Literally, Trump could cure cancer and the press would scream about how he's not doing anything to fight heart disease. If he does it...it's automatically evil. Wages up? Evil. Energy independent? Evil. Black/hispanic unemployment at an ALL-TIME low? Not really reported at all...but probably evil. AND racist. American pride? Evil and offensive and non-inclusive. They figured it out a LONG time ago - like, before he won the election. They just hate it, and they're doing their best to make sure everyone else hates it too. The first people to publicly accuse Barry of not being a citizen was the Hillary Campaign. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. Hillary demanded a Birth certificate, and was accused of being racist. Some things never change. Obama refused. Years later Trump again raised the question, by which time the fact that his publisher had said he was Kenyan born was known to everyone who paid attention, but was utterly taboo in Mainstream media. Obama then produced an obvious fake altered pdf file. Since Hillary never mentioned that Obama was a member of the Communist Party, ( from his "autobiography" ) it shows she didn't think Democrat voters would care. That Obama's Campaign loved the "birther" story, is obvious. Look who invented it. It was a great mcguffin to distract from the racist, communist, preacher, His drug use. His utter lack of experience. His dishonesty. And as we later learned, his severe narcissism ( mental illness ) believing he was always the smartest man in any room. The Birther thing was Obama's greatest Legacy. Generations from now he will be mentioned with such names as Goebbels, and Baghdad Bob. I can't think of a better method of cover-up and distraction than to spread false rumors about yourself. If that technique already has a name, it might be changed to the Barry Method. Even the obvious fake pdf file is a masterful public relations ploy. Anyone who pointed out that it was fake was accused of racism, insanity, and by golly, we answered your question, you are just being evil! It also let the Obama Campaign milk the subject for years after issuing the fake, keeping their most useful scam going. And, no, I don't believe Barry was born in Kenya. There's no record of his mom ever being there that I know of. She never met her "husband's" other wives. There are many inconsistencies in Obama's story, and while many may never be answered, I would love to someday find out his grades and who paid for his education. Or maybe someone will get a sample and run a DNA test. Or the Horse will learn to sing. | ||

On a more general note, I am constantly reminded that politicians lie about their enemies. Pathological dishonesty. And so often, unnecessary. There is always some aspect of an opponent that could be truthfully exploited to show you are a better guy. But it seems the Left, especially, prefers to lie, even when it's stupid. I could give multiple examples, but just from today... You never hear anything Trump actually is doing that is illegal. Just lies about him. Come on! He's done nothing real that is wrong? He admitted to bribing politicians! I suppose since they were almost all Democrats, including Hillary, you might be reluctant to admit crimes you were involved with. Lying has become the default setting in Leftist media and politics. | ||
