Does anyone know where to get a penske shock for an S2? |

They pop up used every once in a while. They are available new from penske. However, unless you’re racing, I’d suggest getting a twin motorcycles shock from the Netherlands for less than half the $. |

Agreed - Penske is overkill. I have one on my S1W that I got used from the race team at the dealer I used to work for, and it's cool...but I'll never use it to its potential. The Works I had on my S2 was plenty for it - adjustable enough for when I got fat and lazy and slipped off the "work out" schedule...adjustable enough for full luggage/empty luggage...and MUCH less money. I've heard equally good things about the Twin unit. But, anything rebuildable and adjustable should work well for you - it's a great bike, but it is 14 year old chassis tech now...it'll talk to you when you push it. You learn to simply have the conversation, instead of trying to change its mind. |

I've got the twin Netharland shocks on both of my S2s very well built and performs great! |
