Would welcome feedback from the community on the color of this S2T. Looks really stock except for the color. I was of the impression S2T's were either Quicksilver Metallic or Parkway Blue. This looks to be neither, nor does it look like any other color in the '95/'96 color list. Thanks for your input, Rick |

Besides Parkway Blue and Quicksilver Metallic, the Buell Bodyworks Catalog lists, Black Sapphire, Canyon Red, Caribbean Blue, Ice White Pearl, Red Snap, and Yellow Jacket Pearl for the 96 S2T with the note that "Bike was not built with these options as OE, but these kits will work on the bike if this option is desired." This looks like Caribbean Blue to me and I'm thinking it may have been a dealer option. |

Looks like it sold for $2425. A nice one with original paint should go for north of that. Mike |

The ad I see on that link is for a 1995 S2, not a 1996 S2T...and IIRC, Caribbean Candy Blue was an OEM color for the '95 S2. Brankin? |

Caribbean Blue was, indeed, a 1995 color . . . but, I'm struggling to see that bike as original color. Looks less vivid than I recall the Caribbean Blue. Brankin? BRANKIN ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Where is Steve Somoji when you need him? |
