Here at Pegasus Performance, we've been working to collect the parts to make these available, as Al at AS B used to offer. Another week or so and I should have 5 sets available, and plan to have more shortly after that. All new gaskets, price is $275+ shipping with new PCV valves or $200+ shipping sans PCV valves in case you want to buy your own used. I have a couple good sets of used PCV valves as well for $20/pair. If you're interested, send me a message at ross@pegasusperformance.us or send me a Facebook message at Facebook.com/pegasusperf . Thanks! |

Let me guess harley is hoarding the part number for the pcv valves, charging $75. For 2 new valves...? Its probably a $5. Part. Just like my X1's TPS p/n. It's an automotive part, but you have to find the part #, or pay HD 3x the actual cost of said automotive part...! I will find IT, like I did the TPS. It's very unfortunate for US all, and Erik, that he got in business with such a ***ty company to build such great bikes for US. |

Prior to what they did, I couldn't say enough great things about this company and its history, since I was very young. I ALWAYS wanted one of their bikes, the sound, the war heroes who rode these things out of the war and made them a national symbol of my country. With no one in my family particularly being into them, or ever having one. I loved the sound of these machines, the history. Nothing I own is quiet. When I 1st saw the Buells, I was getting to that point in my life where I was going to buy me an American motorcycle. I was not going to buy a Buell. I went to Edison HD to look @ sportster. I had built my own cars since I was 15. I built some serious sbc engines, still do, its my life. |

I can't even express how deep it cut me, when they shut Erik down, or how much it bugs me, they hate these bikes. I got a chance to speak with him in York, with a few other Central Jersey BRAG members who also went on that ride. I was amazed at how down to earth he was, approachable, willing to answer questions about our bikes. I will NEVER buy one of their bikes, and I will avoid buying from them anything for my Buell, as much as possible. |

Mike, I don't believe the PCV to be an automotive part in this scenario, which is why I believe the price is particularly high after limited remaining supply. Vast majority of automotive PCV valves use a check valve design; these do not. They have a labyrinth in the valve body, then in the head, they have foam with an umbrella valve up top. I've never found an automotive valve with such design. |

I got my front cover with the correct pcv valve. My rear one came without it, so I have 1 and I need 1. I will be dammed IF I give HD $36. For a $6. Piece of plastic. I will let yaz know how the automotive ones work. They're $3. When you're broke you do what you have to do. We'll see. In case anyone hasn't picked up on it, I'm just not a big fan of HD anymore. There was a time, but that time has passed about 10 years ago, after they stabbed their most brilliant, pioneering engineer in the back...! I was a walking HAD promotion machine in my younger days. I avoid them like the plague. |

+1 here on that Mike. Whenever possible, I attempt to get stuff from outside H-D too. They shut down Buell and started selling tricycles around the same time. Just made me sick. Now they are selling 1985 Honda VT500 with "Harley" written on them. |

Is it me or is the Harley electric bike very" Buellish " in many ways? Lots of XB flashback to me. |
