I like that! Next he should offer to sell turn signals for 20 bucks each, or free stickers for 10 bucks apiece. |

I did not know that my frame plugs were worth that much. Might need to take them off the S1 to prevent some midnight shopping.

Text from an email sent from the guy who has the other frame plug auction. This was sent to me by seller the "upfront" auction. Dear m2bueller, Hey, That picture you're using in your auction looks an awful lot like an zoom-up of the picture from my auction, and some of the verbage in your description sounded kinda familiar. Here's the deal...I started the bid at $1....the bidders brought the price up to $45+. That is called fair market value! Quit messing up my auctions because you're bitter. It's called free enterprise. I found a good opportunity and am offering the product at a fair price ($1 to start), and I am NOT OVERCHARGING for shipping. I charge $1, and it takes two stamps + envelope + packing foam. If anything, I'm barely breaking even at $1. You're obviously trying to sabotage my auction, and unless you end your phoney auction immediately, I will be contacting Ebay and discussing this with them. They like it when my auctions end for big money because they make more, so you can guess who they're going to side with. - Jason P.S. I have received POSITIVE FEEDBACK from my highest bidders. THEY ARE HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AT THE PRICE THEY PAID!

The best part is that the guy selling the backpack actually has a bid on it! |

Fact of the matter is, that guy is right. Yeah, some moron cranked the bidding up to stupid levels, but, hey, that's their fault, not his. Sort of along the same lines as the guy auctioning off his used knee sliders. -Geof |

I shot a note to the guy buying the backpack... he seems okay with it because he's 200 miles from the nearest dealership. As far as he's concerned, 27 bucks isn't bad. |

I wonder if he needs a second one... I gave mine to my girlfriend, but I'm sure I can get it back. $27 would buy her a decent dinner and score more points than a backpack anyway...
