"Always digged the Firebolts...." The front fairing is very pretty indeed. |

Yea it is That's why I love my current setup Firebolt with a Lightning tail IMHO it is the best of both XB worlds, and I am one of the lucky people to have snagged a Helibar so my handlebars are closer to an XBS than an XBR |

Precursor to the Aprilia RSV4 look. Full fairing, bobbed tail. Clearly, a Renaissance man, way ahead of his time. (Message edited by skipbarberman on May 02, 2019) |

I always thought the Lightning handled superbly. Never rode a Firebolt, but I am guessing the more aggressive riding position would make it even better. How are the erogs btw the 1125r and Firebolt? For this who know... (Message edited by fresnobuell on May 11, 2019) |

Thanks everyone for your comments and patience. I am still Buell-less and bummed about it. Life keeps getting in the way. My kid did her own taxes and messed mine up. Wife’s mom ill which requires international flight, etc - ain’t no thang but is usurping the funds i had earmarked for my bike. I am in Columbus, Georgia and have a few bikes lined up and am ready to pull the trigger once some issues are resolved. Is there anyone in this area with an XB12S or an STT that I could sit on and check the ergonomics? Question number 2: are there any Buelll mechanics in the Columbus area? TLRracer |
