Well (now that's a DEEP subject...), it has been way too long, but as you can see in the picture, IT'S BAAAACK! Back on the road, and it only took 2 hours before it got rained on. This makes my plans for attending the Bringing it Home event concrete! 1313 |

Cool! You can check / lube your 5th gear drive assembly bearings by only popping the dust cover in the end of the shaft. Looks great as well. Now you got me thinking about my stocker cover and my drill's hole saw... |

Hahah thanks Reep! I will be sure to check that. I was just happy to be able to take the sprocket off by myself. When I took off the plastic belt guard and stock support I was kind of shocked. The sprocket and stuff was nasty with rust and road grime. I took it off and shinned it up with the wire wheel and then flat black spray painted it. I know it wont last long so I am looking for another solution. I hear a company made a bolt on cover plate for it that you could powdercoat or chrome but haven't found it yet. I am wondering if you could tape off the teeth and back side and have just the top part of the sprocket powdercoated? I like the looks too! Been wanting the piece for a long time! |

Thats really cool! But man... I don't think those front forks will be long for this world... It's a 12 even. How cool is that! Boy does that thing look at home in the dirt. |

Buggie, Those pics appear to me to be photoshopped. Look at the blur around the rider. When you open it up larger, the pixels get really off. |

Aggressive JPEG optimization (which is required for any picture on this site) will have those exact edge artifacts (called spiderwebs)... so while it may very well be photoshop, I don't think that's the proof. |

Just got my tank back from the shop. Soon the whole S1 will be black with carbon fiber body parts and bright red rims. Sort of a modern hot rod style. As long as it doesn't bubble I'm happy.

FYI: Buggie's pics are for real. They are from the air show last summer in Winnipeg. That's him with on his xb with the planes. He was part of the security crew. He sent them to me personally a few days after the airshow. |
