This may sound like a silly question but where does the gas actually come out? |

No, that's actually a really good question. I hadn't noticed that there wasn't any fittings for a petcock. The 18ga steel is a little thin to just drill and tap on it's own, they'll probably have to have something welded on. Guess they could have a 1"x2" 1/8" steel plate welded on that can be drilled and tapped. The pictures look like they were taken at the shop where it was made, so maybe they're just not done with it yet. |

The aluminum tanks people usually get made for these bikes look really nice, but a steel tank would be great. Out of random chance, 4 out of my last 5 bikes have all had plastic tanks, and I really miss the convenience of being able to use a magnetic tank bag. |

Incredible work to hand form these tanks. Awesome, but that's clearly aluminum. |

Buellmanmike Direct from him its 18 gauge steel not aluminum. And if you have worked metal before you could tell its not aluminum. |
