Looking for; A working, short (14"), rear shock. Can be aftermarket or stock. Used or new. But it needs to work. Mine is shot and bouncing like a 72 olds cutlass. I've been watching the usual sites but not having much luck. Aftermarket comfort seat. Corbin, Russell, seat concepts, etc.. Thank you. James |

I've been looking around for a friend and feel it might be cheaper and faster to rebuild the original shock. He got one from ebay and it is in worse condition than his current one. |

I appreciate the input and I have looked into a rebuild. Mine is in terrible, should have been fixed or replaced years ago, shape. To the point the housing may need replacing. I think I'm better off with either a New Old Stock Showa or something aftermarket in good working order that doesn't need an immediate rebuild. I definitely won't be buying a used stock unit because it's likely to be in as bad a shape as mine. Unfortunately like your friends situation. Thanks again for the input. Much appreciated. |

I have a used stock one from an 02. Seems to be in fine condition, used it before I upgraded mine to aftermarket. Up to you. |

Thanks Mike, I'm currently talking to someone about their aftermarket shock. As soon as I get some details I'll post back here. How many miles on your shock? Got any photos? If the other shock doesn't work I'll let you know. You can email me if you prefer. Thanks, James |
