So...let's recap. 1. no video evidence of the attack, despite blanket camera coverage of the area, and video of Smollett coming and going from the area at the time. 2. "Persons of interest" are being held and questioned, and "have been known" by police for a while. Picked up at O'Hare airport (leaving town?). Wannabe actors. NIGERIAN (how'd the racist thing go, there?). And one has done work on Smollett's show. 3. Article now says "attackers shouted homophobic slurs". Um...thought it was a race attack? Oh, wait...they're Nigerian, better change that angle quick. 4. Smollett has missed an in-person interview and has submitted "heavily redacted" phone records. If it were me? I'd be camped in the freakin' holding area, printing out every record I had, and hammering the cops every minute till they found who did it to me. If the attack actually happened to me. But yea, if I was staging it as a publicity stunt? I'd hide in my apartment like he is... | ||

Is this not a hate crime itself? Once again, the left is doing exactly what they accuse others of. I'm certainly happy to hear it wasn't a hate crime committed by Trump supporters. I'm certainly not happy to hear it's all a hoax against anyone. It certainly speaks volumes for those involved. Speaks volumes for those who were so eager to believe it to be true that they couldn't see obvious holes in the story, such as nobody seen with MAGA hats on any surveillance video. For the past few weeks, our preacher’s been doing a series of sermons on the 10 Commandments. Today, he mentioned that in Old Testament times, the penalty for falsely accusing someone of a crime was the same as the penalty for the crime that person had been falsely accused of.
