Latest MM fake news: video shows group of 15 year old males wearing MAGA hats at the March for Life harassing elderly Native American chief/Vietnam vet. Liberal activists already demanding school take action, kid’s names and addresses have been posted, they’re getting death threats, etc. Other video from same event shows the boys group was in front of the Lincoln Memorial waiting for their ride, so they started doing a school cheer. Small group of Native Americans walks across the street while beating ceremonial drums and into the middle of the boys. The chief gets up in one of the kid’s faces. The kid stands there smiling. The rest of the boys continue their cheer shifting to be in time with the drums. Naturally, you’ll have to look to find non-deceptively edited video. | ||

A bit more on what Hugh was posting about... What makes a liberal want to punch a child? There is video linked in that article that clearly shows they guy walked up to the kid with the MAGA hat on got right into his face with his drum. Pretty clear a-hole move trying to promote a response for the cameras. | ||

Anyone one posting pictures of children on line needs to be treated with great caution. As a photographer, I've learned to NOT shoot photos of kids . . . no matter how cute. . . when I see them in parks with my grandkids or when I am doing other photography. Bad business . . . bad judgement. | ||

Anyone one posting pictures of children on line needs to be treated with great caution. As a photographer, I've learned to NOT shoot photos of kids . . . no matter how cute. . . when I see them in parks with my grandkids or when I am doing other photography. Bad business . . . bad judgement. Agreed. What happens when numerous "news" stations take that kid and make him out to be the bad guy, despite clear evidence that was available proving he was not. Seems like a libel suit to me, but I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express lately. | ||

That kid stood his ground with amazing composure for a 15 year old. His parents should be proud. His parents should also be getting the best legal advice available for 1/3 of what could be a gigantic payout, i.e. not Gloria Allred. | ||

I think the lady from the Atlantic did a pretty good job of describing the young man's reaction:
It's amazing how many people have read a laundry list of their own prejudices into that kid's face. Isn't that pretty much the definition of bigotry? "I don't need to know anything about you; I can just look at you and tell you're evil." | ||
