Pale, It's the same gasket. Good time to change your primary/trans oil at the same time. How was the ride? Dave |

Hey Lake As a matter of fact I am joining some friends going up to Fish Creek on sat morning returning Sunday early afternoon. Got inventory early mon morning end of quarter but the afternoon is a go. If you get a plan for the homecoming I can adjust the schedule for a couple of days but the sooner the better than we can make a trip. I am up for it! If you want to ride that memorial weekend with us it is a bunch of 50's harley guys (5 or 6 bikes)and some couples that weekend. They kind of get set in thier ways but its always fun you would be welcome to join us. Dont know about a place to sleep for ya though sleeping quarters kinda tight it is about an hour ride from GB. It would be great to have ya I know your schedule kinda sucks. Lets get something together. Pale 920.362.1093 |

Pale....not looking too good for the upcoming week. I'm off Sunday but it looks like rain. My next day off is Sunday, May 30. I'd be up for a ride on Monday (Memorial Day) afternoon. Maybe most of the holiday travlers will be south of here by early to mid afternoon. I'm planning on going down on Wednesday morning for the homecoming. I may trailer and bring both bikes. If not, I'll be riding with S1W and packing lightly VERY lightly. I'm not sure where I'm staying. It will either be camping or with friends. I need to be back in GB on Saturday for the MDA ride. Then I'm going to the races at RA on Sunday. Dennis |

I'm planning on going to LG for the Bringing it Home rally weds about 10. Nothing much starts until afternoon there, right? You guys want to swing thru Appleton and ride together. I think Geoff is riding down with me. I haven't decided if I'm going to stay in LG or just ride back and forth Weds,Thurs, I'd be coming back to Appleton on Friday night anyway so I can do the ride from the shop Sat and Sun to the races. I just might be in for that one. I work until about 3-4pm. I think that I got the thing fixed. Which mobil 1 should I put in the crank case? Just synthetic or 20w50 synthetic dont know much about the difference. Pale |

Pale....Use Mobil 1 gear lube in the crank. Its a 75-90 weight. I use Mobil 1 15-50 in the motor. Do not (I repeat: DO NOT) use oil in the crank case. |

I'm starting to think my bike needs a set of pontoons and a snorkel. With all the rain lately, at least I'd be able to use my scoot |
