Hey guys, check out these pegs from chainsikle. Shane custom machined them to the length I wanted (a little shorter). He also made the shifter toe peg smaller with a finer knurl. Very pleased with these parts

Looking nice! I love those simple round knurled pegs on these bikes. I have a similar set I was excited to get but they're a little shorter than yours, and I ended up switching them out since they felt a little too short.

What kind of bushings or bearings are in the pivots?

No bushings, they bolt on like stock pegs

The stock pegs have bushings for the pivoting of the pedals.
The stockers were some sort of black plastic (Delrin?)

There used to be an upgrade made of bronze.

I get what you're talking about now, yes the stock pivot bushings are plastic. I had some made out of bronze.

American Sport Bike sold bronze pivot bushings, but I think you can get them from McMaster-Carr, and probably other sellers.

I bought some bronze bushings at Ace Hardware. I think Lowes has generic sizes too. I bought some that were close, sanded down the outside, and used the sanding drum on the dremel on the inside. Not AS precise as a lathe, but for a $1.50 bushing and a little time on a Saturday afternoon, still an upgrade.
