That's a lotta Buell's! The photography guy the one that actually has them? I've been looking at this one for over a year... https://www.cycletrader.com/listing/1996-Buell-S1D 0M-121380512 Looks like it lived outside all its life, doesn't look like any recalls were done and in the photos he sent me the rear fender is cracked all to heck. They've sold most of them except the yellow S1, which is not for sale, a white S3 and a couple M2's.  | ||

I saw the yellow on in SD in person a couple years back. I was in Sturgis after the rally and the owner of a bicycle shop had taken it on trade for a bicycle. Seemed like a decent bike, but either the tank or the tail had faded and kind of stuck out to me. Didn't really look it over to much since I wasn't going to buy it. | ||

Yea they sent me more pics this morning. Looks like its developed an oil leak (engine, primary, shock???) somewhere, the rear tail is cracked up (not sure if its the paint, the fiberglass or both) on the right side, the battery tray paint/powder-coating is split and rusting pretty good. The tank has the common pre-recall paint bubbles started so a repaint to fix the tail and tail would be needed. They started at 3900, he told me 3500 after sending the pics to me in July of 2017, their site says 3400 now. Im at like 1200-1500 I think. Thoughts? | ||

Yes I called them thanks, he said all of them have sold except a white S3 and a few M2's, the yellow S1 is not for sale though. | ||
