Yes I watched the video and it came right off. Mine is stuck,bolt and washer came right off... Soaking in PB blaster right now anyone have a similar issue? Heat and hammers seem like a bad idea for some reason.

I remember reading a post on the 1190 Owner's Group on FB recently about someone having the same issue. I think a gear puller is pretty much mandatory.

Mine was tight, but came off without heat.
Remember there is a rubber seal that you don't want to melt..!

As I recall, with the puller in place and "tight", a few whacks with a 2-1/2# brass hammer on the puller screw head helped. A coupla good hits, tighten the puller...a coupla hits, tighten the puller.

It'll come off.

Waiting for the new sprocket to show up. I'm getting the last one and I was told they didn't know if they would be getting more in. This could be a real problem I may have to seriously look into a belt drive conversion

Who gave you that wonderful information?

This eBay listing from LAP - listed Aug. 31st - says there's more than 10 available.

And I suspect there is considerably more than 10 available...
