Yes but the other post has no pics of the screen on a whole bike. Wyckedflesh, the bike looks sweet. Thank you! |

yeah not sure if it is the sun coming through the screen or bouncing off from behind some people have posted some remedies to this problem they indicate painting the bottom have of the windscreen stops melting rippin up the prairies |

For the most part yes. I have the same thing in my 12 but one is clear through. It shines light at me at night. |

Could you tint the inside of the Double Bubble? If so do you think that would prevent it from melting the panel? |

Rokoneer, You bike looks sick! Ever consider blacking out the frame and swingarm? |

Here is one more... BTW, the bike to the left has the Zero Gravity tall screen (not a double bubble), for comparison. Timbo |

Thanks for the pics guys. Dave, I am thinking the purchase over. If I decide to get one I will certainly come to you again. |

I don't think it would S.Marine. Mine is already the dark smoke (can barely see through it) and it does it. I am thinking of calling 3M and asking them what product to use. I'm thinking I'll end up with some sort of a good cloth tape. |

I love my zero gravity, I had the dark smoke at first, but switched to the clear. I like being able to see through it when I am tucked in on high speed runs. I also like the zero gravity touring screen above. \ |

StealthXb, If I blacked out the frame and swingarm it'd look much like a regular old XB12R. When I built it I used the silver frame as a boundary with as much as possible below it being black and as much as possible above it being red. edited by rokoneer on May 20, 2004 |

Wyckedflesh, question for you: Could you describe what you did to the Mirror Stalks on your bike? After you removed the rubber covers, what paint did you use to paint the stalks black? Did you alter the stalks at all? Mike. |
