hey guys trying to complete a can ham setup. im missing one of the long nuts that accepts can ham cover screws and the small velocity stack that sits inside the aircleaner. thanks |

You should be able to get threaded couplers at any hardware store, they're used to connect pieces of threaded rod (usually to hang ceiling fans or lighting fixtures). Take yours with you so you have the length/thread handy to match. |

thanks didnt realize a hardware store would have those. the coupler does have a concave end to accept the convex screws and cover |

A large drill bit on a drill press should let you dig out the concave end for yourself, or get some concave washers to stack inside the cover to "make" that end. Or, just use the flat ones. The inner shoulder of the screw head will push the inner edge of the cover onto the end of the threaded coupler and hold everything fine. Just won't "seat" like a concave end would, that's all. |
