Anyone know how to stretch it back out so I can get the gas cap back on or where I can get a replacement/   Bluelightning Posted on Thursday, July 12, 2018 - 12:41 pm:        disregard this post. filled the tank with fuel, left the cap in the hole with the latch not twisted for a day, rubber softened up and can twist/latch the cap again. The issue was the rubber insert. After partially filling the tank with gas and sitting the cap back on and not locking (because the rubber wouldn't let me), everything loosened up with the vapors and all is good now.
