you might check with ken paige (s1owner). he just posted on facebook a remote idle screw adjustment cable for an S1W. Maybe he's got a choke cable too? |

Stock replacement cables from Drag Specialties cost about $20. If you cannot find one locally shoot me a PM and I can get one for you. |

that is what broke was the plastic threads. its zip tied to the bracket for now. ill hold out for a cv cable just so there is no doubt. thank you though Thanks Buellidan... I'm on it and will let you know if your assistance is required (Message edited by mike lee on July 09, 2018) |

Don't over tighten the plastic threads, they're only to set tension on the cable. The metal nut is what holds it to the bike. |

Now ya tell me hehe Actually, its my buddys s1w. Mines fine I did find the ine that Buelliedan was referring to but its for a 96-97. Wouldnt that fit the 98? Its a cv carb just the the previous models. |
