It was on a used 2009 1125R that I bought in Jan 2017 with only 1685 miles on it. I took it off before I ever rode the bike. All the parts are there, and I will include all the hex keys to take it apart. They are expensive, at around $525 new last I checked, but it seems to have about 20 distinct settings on it. Only thing is that I think the 1125R damper might be different for the one for an 1125CR.
