So im gona install one of these thumbturn screws. My question is, do i have to remove carb to do this? I cannot find any info stating i do not have to remove carb. Everything i search for states i need to as the “packaging” will fall out. However, theoretically, wouldnt the washer, spring and o-ring stay on the screw as it exits the carb? Remove from old screw, install on new screw and insert back in carb. Seems simple enough.... Thoughts? |

You could try it carefully how you suggested. Before removing ,screw it in completely till it lightly bottoms and count the turns for placing the new tumbturn screw. (you probably know this already) |

It wasnt bad. Small flathead to remove existing screw. Pack stayed behind, inserted new. All is well |
