Charlie, I was coming home from work on the Bolt, headed into housing and saw someone headed out on a White 9R. I don't think it was you, who else has a white 9R on base, any idea? Yep, also need to track down the rest and see what we can do. Maybe we can get some of the other sportbikers involved, introduce them to BRAG and show what Buell's are all about, need to "Turn them to the Dark Side".  Hey, I got several of them interested and now they're seriously thinking about checking harder into getting a Buell. It also doesn't hurt when they see that 12R sitting out front.  Did DOSS say when they were gonna have another Motorcycle Safety meeting on base? We gotta get the word out. | ||

My wife is tempting me to do the Poker Run for the Disabled Vets. That and my kids have DEFY Sat evening also. We can try to work something out. You going to car and bike show Friday night? I want to take my Bolt down there and show it off, stock form and all, to me it's the best looking bike here in Yuma.  | ||

Hey Bart, Good hearing from you again. Sorry about the bad phone connection. We're leaving for Globe tomorrow on the Harleys at 7:00am. If you want to be around Globe around 8:15 or so I'll buy you breakfast. Saturday I'm going Put, Put, Sunday I'm going Zoom, Zoom. Join us if you like. Made a short trip out of the Car/Bike show downtown. I left the camera at home, decided to go home and get it, got home thought I'd go back, enter my bike in the sport class, seeing how it would have been the only Buell there and People need to be exposed to Buells, changed my mind and stayed home. They'll see it tomorrow at the Poker Run. That and I was just too tired. Sorry about not having any pic's. Weren't too many bikes while I was there. Just a bunch of Harley's. As I was leaving, the Jap Sport Bike club showed up. I happily pulled out in front of them, twisted the throttle just a tad, and slowly made my exit with a Big Grin on my face. | ||

Just finished the Poker Run, only drew a pair of 5's, gonna go back for the dinner in a little while. Me and Charlieboy rode together. I felt like I was holdin him back. Don't ya just hate that break in period? Hey, less than 150 to go and I'll be able to really open her up some more. | ||

Not holding me back! Any faster and we would've been in ticketsville! Not a very good ride on the Buell meter but fun none the less. God it was awesome to have a crowd of hoggers around our bikes gawking! "Check out that trick brake dude! That's awesome!" It was also pleasant to have a few of them supportive of our bikes. Last night at a party, a guy just walked away shaking his head when he found out I rode a Buell. He was a "Hard Core" HD guy. What an idiot! Wycked, you've got hotmail. Thanks a million man. Maybe I'll get that thing on the road yet! Looking at going to the Laguna Seca event, who's with me??? We could all ride up together... | ||

I'd love to go but that's bad timing for me unfortunately. One of my kids has a camp and We have to go to San Diego for the Wife's, Cousin's, Daughters Bah Mitzvah. That would be a blast though. | ||

tomarrow 5-16-04 me and a bunch of other guys are riding to padagonia should be at least 20 people. I wont be on my firebolt Ill have my ninja out; but we are all meeting in the compusa Parking lot In tucson at river and stone at 9 am Sharp! ew! your not going to let a few bumps spoil the fun are ya? So I got airborne in the middle of a curve around 80 or so... I ain't scairt. All ya need is one of these rock solid S2's to even them out.  Nice cutie, we should have gotten that french redhead to pose too. | ||
