As the title says; I am searching for a prestine X1 Limited Edition numbered bike with low miles. I'll consider any of the colors. I'm not interested in over 1500 mile bikes; preferably under 1000 miles. If you are serious and want to sell then please contact me. Apparently some people don't get that last part; don't contact me if you are kicking around the notion or just looking for someone to start a bidding war...ya, you know who you are. I am NOT looking for a bike to ride, I am looking for a collector piece. I MIGHT CONSIDER OTHER MODELS IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING RARE, FEEL FREE TO RUN IT BY ME. | ||

Thanks for the suggestion. Been there and done that. I'd have loved to buy his X1 but he wouldn't sell it to me unless I also bought an S1. Now the X1 is going offshore. That's en effin travesty. Makes me wanna throw up. I've been looking for over a year and haven't found what I'm looking for. I made a FULL ASKING offer and unless I was willing to buy multiple bikes it wasn't even an option. I spent 3 days going round and round on that and it was just a waste of my time. What's worse is I had an opportunity to pickup a 1k mile Limited edition X1 and he said don't go; we'll work out a deal. So, I didn't go, then no deal could be made, and now the other bike is sold too. I'm beyond pissed off with this situation. You don't tell someone pass on a great bike because WE can make a deal on mine then not even take a full asking price offer. Totally unacceptable way of conducting business. | ||

I am so frustrated with this situation that honestly this is my last ditch effort to find what I'm looking for. I've spent I don't know how many days and over 5 grand in travel spent going to look at X1's. Then Chris dicks me around. I'm just ready to say the hell with it all and just give up. I let a once in a rare rare rare opportunity to find the "other" X1 and I cancelled my travel to go look at it because I believed what Chris told me. He conducted himself like a used car salesman and I have NOTHING now thanks to him. | ||
