Hmm guess who typed this up? That picture http://groups.msn.com/xb9r/dualmitkuniddfi.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=390 Is NOT the same as the DDD EFI System as I can get. That picture is a full all out race EFI System specifically designed to support 150+rwHP XB Engines. I could not even get this one. I am pretty sure Richard at Racing Motorcycles can, but the cost would be upward of $12,000 just for the Intake. Call Richard or email him at racingmotorcycles.com |

More Yes, I was very happy with the results. However, I am NOT going to post the dyno runs. DKF Performance in California also will run his own tests to validate my results. Either way, I will not post the results positive or negative. I know what my bike makes and that is information that remains with me, not the general public. DKF however will post them when done by a H-D/Buell Dealership and I am confident they should be positive but reserve this until the actual numbers show up. They will NOT be optimum without tuning, but I feel they will be positive as were my results today. Also, many people on this site and other sites emailed me as to my impressions and I think everyone flat out got it wrong. OVER REACTING TO DATA is more like it!

Aaron are you aware of this supposedly happening? Long story short, we are working with Force on this venture and Dave Abdon is actively working on the "Entire Package". I offered up our assistance to testing further their product (Exhaust), and put through the ringer as I did in the past with 2 previous Nallin Signature Series Exhausts/Force Exhaust. |

There is a Project XB15 Engine being developed from the XB12 Engine. It will have a displacement near 1550cc's and "they claim" 130 hp. Still to be seen, but I visited Las Vegas in June and saw first hand the engines being devised even before the release of the XB12R/S. I will have one of the XB15 Engines here in about 2 weeks (I hope less). As far as Erik and Buell Motor Co. H-D doing this..... "dream on".... Erik needs to dump the air-cooled and get it on with offering BOTH a strong V-Twin like the XB12 Series, but also an inline 180-200hp monster motor... why??? Because the customers want this, not because it "can not be done". If it is Mr. Buell's answer that "it can not be done", then we will finally have a loss of another great American Product (the Buell Motorcycle) to the Damn Japs.... just like we lost out with the VCR! Hell is coming, and it is knocking at the doors of Buell... Yamaha's 2004 R1 I can tell you flat out beats the out of the XB9/XB12's every time |

1. It will be shipped w/o Intake, exhaust or heads installed, but they are with the kit... - heads are the Nallin 1200's - but modified with larger valves and extrude honed. - Customer must install or have installed. 2. 30 angle-valve job on heads... hollow stem Hurricane Valves, race springs and retainers. 3. Hurricane Pistons - (same as Nallin) 4. Race Fuel Injectors 5. Cryogenic metals treatment - they are going this by my request on my engines, I am not sure if this is going to be offered in their final product. 6. Custom ground race cams - I do not know who's cams these are... my guess is zippo. Again, their are claims of 130+HP. Given these mods I for one do not believe it until I see in ON a bike and the HP/Torque at the wheel.... then I will believe the numbers... Claims are 170+ MPH, but not verified and I for one would rather see the torque as well. These engines are being built for several Canadian Race Teams, and I do not know if they are going to be released to the public in the near future.. I am working on this project with them from a consultancy basis only, and the reason that I have put my hat in for a purchase of a few engines if they prove to be substantial. Due date for release of pictures, data and costs should be 6 Nov. 2003 not 2004. is in a few more weeks and we should have full data and the engine will be released. I do know that the approx. cost is $5,300 to $5,500 but I am counting on a little lower costs, this put it pretty much in line with Nallin 1200 complete work at about $4,300 to $4,800. This part is priceless...what a load of crap I am working on this project with them from a consultancy basis only, and the reason that I have put my hat in for a purchase of a few engines if they prove to be substantial.

Don't get me wrong Dyna I do understand your motives and reasoning, however it is a dead horse that has been beaten so much its pulp on the ground. Lets let it soak into the ground so we can stop wading through the muck. |

I agree Darth, I wish he would be arrested. Only site he will post on as himself is ATC & he just posted another lame attack at me. BITE ME! I could care less about your challenges! I have a race team that is using our products to first place wins! So have a good life! Have fun jerking off in front of the PC! Just kidding, take a joke... Oh wait... you are a joke! CBJ So I responded in kind What you have is multiple personalities that you utilize on the web to post as different people in an attempt to fleece unsuspecting folks out of their hard earned $$. You talk & have offered zero proof to back any of it up. Lame crap like call this person, or talk to so & so, etc. Yet when presented with a challenge you shy away & cry foul. 150rwhp XB's...sure thing, when even the folks racing the AMA circuit cant get more than 135. Told you already, put up or shut up. Little prick. Hmm TN isnt that far of a road trip.

Dana..that 150 mark is what they are shooting for. Still a ways from it, maybe if they used Coreys "consultancy" they could do it? Definitely likes to throw the names of established Buell knowledgable folks around as if he works with them, then when you ask they people none of them has ever heard of the clown. |

12,000 gets you a brand new ZX-10 with 170 rwhp and then you still have an XB to pound around the streets on. Spending 20000+ on a buell and still having your azz spanked by a stock ninja- you do the math. |

He he... The only thing I've ever been spanked by was a KTM 400EXC setup for motard. I was able to keep up in the short/quick corners but as soon as we started hitting long higher speed corners he started pulling away. |

I am in Memphis. I had the misfortune to do business with Bumpas HD/Buell of Memphis. I was wondering about his location when he mentoned Bumpas HD. Wonder if I should stop in and ask if they know him. What is his name? Or shall he remain nameless? I still have to go by Bumpas to get my free sling bag. |

From: XB12NY1 (Original Message) Sent: 5/7/2004 5:39 PM I`m new to the XB community, just got a 04 XB12R and i`m going to be looking for some mods. Your site looks great. Keep up the good work for the Buell community! PS It didn`t take long to realize that the BAD Web is nothing but a bunch of clowns that are do-nothings that just sit around all day and complain! Maybe I should rename the BS WEB!
