I have a 2006 XB12R that I was swapping the frame on because of a low side. Everything is disassembled, it's all there every part, every screw, I just had a really hard time with life since I took it apart (3 deployments, 4 kids, 2 moves) I haven't been able to put it back together. 7100mi on the engine, original owner, make me an offer and I will probably hand it over. I don't want to put it on Craigslist yet because someone here would appreciate it more than some random kid looking to part it out. I'm looking for $1k. As that's the most popular question, I'm not try to be misleading... To the guy that suggested I was, I'm sorry... Not my intent the bike is 95% disassembled and there are extra parts to replace those that needed to be replaced due to mostly cosmetic damage. The frame was the only necessary swap. Brand new headers, replacement frame, every screw, nut, washer, every piece of plastic and everything else you can think of is There... It was my intent to put it back together, I haven't had time. |

Russell "Sacred", Thank you for your service to our country! I've not had the pleasure to serve so I greatly appreciate the sacrifice you and your fellow servicemen and women and your families have made to benefit all of us. BadWeB community, I've been reading Sacred's posting thinking we need to help him get this bike put back together as a small token of our thanks for his service to our country rather than taking it further apart. He's mentioned a couple times he would like to see this bike back together just can not find the time. Are there any BadWeB members in the Marana, AZ who have the skills and tools to complete this task if reasonable compensation could be arranged? I'm in Chicago area so can't help out with labor but would be happy to contribute $$ to a fund to help get Sacred's XB12R back together. Please post your interest in this "BuellStarter" campaign an/or email me at "rtlll@yahoo.com" Thank you again ! Rick "Rtlll" |

"Rtlll's", I second that motion. That is a great idea. I also am in Illinois so I will be no help in putting the bike together but I will contribute to fund. We need somebody to step up to do the wrenching before this bike is snatched for parts. This is the BEST online community period. Brothers in Buell |

I'm so sorry I went off the grid for a bit, 2 back to back training exercises 2 TDYs and then hurricane season. Harvey was bad, Irma wasn't anywhere close... Maria, well you've seen the news. But I'm back and I appreciate all of your support. I really do. as much as I think it'd be a great idea to put this back together, it'd end up being sold shortly after that. My wife has put her foot down on "that type of bike" and I cant argue as it's coming from a place of love of me and the kids. If anyone has any interest at all Shoot me any reasonable offer. I'll be leaving for Germany by the end of the month. |

Hi, I've been looking around for a Buell for a little while, and I'm located in northwest Tucson. I'm not too scared of an assembly project, so I'd like to hear a little more about your bike. My main question is regarding the new frame you have...do you have a title for it? Or is it a new frame stamped with the right VIN? I'm just wondering if there'd be any title/registration issues with the bike. Thanks! |
