My new to me 08SS has the front brake shimmies. I recall the EBR mount kit and a new disc (EBR) cured all my front brake woes on my Ulysses. I see there is a stock mount kit available from ST. Paul HD, but is there any way to replicate the EBR setup? I seem to recall it was engineered to better dissipate heat... | ||

Here's a pic showing the parts included in the EBR mounting kit:  I'll bet everything shown above is an off-the-shelf part, except for the drive insert/drive bushing. It's possible that is the same as the original Buell part, in which case you could re-use your old ones or source new ones from HD. EBR isn't listing any XB parts on their site currently, so I checked the LAP liquidation listing.
