ive been thinking ...........the uly fork on an fxr. any thoughts? |

You'd likely have to re-do all the internals for the added weight of the FXR. They may work...but you'd be at the top of the weight limits for preload and adjustment. Not to mention possible fitment/diameter/triple tree issues... |

why not just spend 3500 for custom dropped triple trees and gsxr600 legs, like all the "custom" fxr builders are doing? Then talk to to me about how a fork made for a 400lb bike works great on your 650lb fxr |

well im wrong, you are right . 600 stock fxr. but i have built them at 500 on custom. |

An RM 250 front end fit on a sportster, why not a Uly on a Dyna. The steering lock will most likely need to be removed or altered.
