How can I find out how many 1999 S3 thunderbolts were made with the blue frame.

I've never seen a breakdown of frame colors. I'd be interested in this too.

'99 was an interesting year for S3. It was marketed as build-to-order as well as delivery delays due to recalls resulting in the "Worth the Wait" program. (Store credit)

Oh...and no S3Ts were made in '99.
