I'm selling my baby after many great years together. Its time to thin the heard... I'm new here -- I don't get much time to post to message boards -- but I'd like my Uly to go to someone who appreciates it! 2009 Buell Ulysses XB12X 1203cc Thunderstorm engine 25,000 miles Mechanically perfect — needs nothing Visually there are some scuffs and rust and stuff as you would expect for a bike of this vintage . It was garaged indoors but some parts just tend to show their age. I'll be honest -- its not a pretty bike, but it runs strong. Just a few pounds. I've never had any issues with stability or buffeting with it -- if that's what you are getting at. And on long trips I've loaded it up with quite a bit of stuff. | ||

what I was getting at is that the backrest is rated for 11 lbs or so, It looks like that case is mounted right to it? | ||

If you buy it you are welcome to remove the top case  I tend not to worry about what the lawyers print on those stickers. I re-inforced the bottom and moved on with my life. | ||
