PM - was it the 1190RS that had them? I really am not sure, just know it was something on a few bikes and I have the opportunity to buy a set of the radiators...but there is no mounting hardware for it |

The RS radiators, I believe were made in Spain at very high cost because of their curved shape. I do not believe they perform any better than the RX radiators. They do offer a slightly narrower frontal profile though. I have elected to do the same job as you have, but I have not determined which way I will take to make it happen. Remember, it is not just where to mount the new radiators, but you must consider the big picture of total air flow both in and out of the radiators. Unfortunately, fuel tank heating on these bikes is a big issue. No matter which way you go, it will not be either easy or simple, but you better be a damn good fabricator. I have bought a complete set of RX radiators and oil cooler, but I also have a Ducati radiator. I really like the Ducati setup, because it maintains the narrow width of a V Twin engine. This arrangement is effective and visually appealing. It has the added value of being less vulnerable in a crash. |

Can you post more info on the Duc coolers you have? Im looking at the radiators/oil cooler from AF1 - is that where you sourced yours? Im curious about how it mounts - was there any brackets from the factory (ie: ones that would have a part number to try to locate) |

Yes, I bought my RX radiators and coolers from AF1 when they had that deal last year. I will dig out the Duc radiator and take a picture, maybe tomorrow, But it won't fit in the available space between the wheel and engine on the Buells.........yet! |

The bottom of the RX radiators sit into a bracket that bolts to the motor. The sides and or top bolt into the fan shrouds. I went through all my exploded views and could not find a part number for that little bracket. |
