I have recv. an order from a fellow in Indonesia for a motor and transmission. He seems very anxious for me to charge his credit card and is unclear of his project bike that he is building. I told him I would charge credit card, but would not send anything until it has completely cleared all chanels.

I have been on hold for about an hour now to just verify this cats address with the credit card he gave me.

Any words of wisdom, I need a snickers cause it looks as if I am not going anywhere for a while while I am waiting for Bank of America just to answer the damn phone! What ever happened to customer service?? Sometimes I think they put these phone numbers out there and never plan on answering them??

I wouldn't do it, our shop had the same thing happening with clothing. Turned out it was a stolen card.

Anxious to charge the card + unclear about his project = extreme caution advised.

Tell him to send the funds Western Union. ; )

I deal in High end guitars and amps via the internet a lot. Most dealers and private traders have a blanket policy that they don't deal with anyone from Indonesia. Way too many scams and no way to protect yourself.
