Author Message   Drhach Posted on Friday, April 07, 2017 - 11:02 am:        Hi everyone, when I bought my bike (1998 S3), it did not have the seat latch cable. I just got one and I can't tell where the "T" part of the cable mounts. Can someone post a picture of how this mounts and is routed? The parts book doesn't even picture it. I may have a junk S3 frame with that bracket still on it. Can't say for sure that it's routed properly (as from factory), but it seems appropriate and from what I recall worked fine... 1313   Drhach Posted on Monday, April 10, 2017 - 05:14 pm:        Thanks guys, I got installed this weekend. I'm not sure I routed it as per the factory either, but it went in, doesn't seem to bind and works. You can't ask for much more than that. It's funny, I really couldn't see any evidence that there was one there originally. Oh well, it's there now.
