I've been reading a lot of what you guys post here and I've been sitting on an RX for some time now. I feel my options are running out. I live near Detroit and I've talked to dealers in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania not to mention tried to take delivery of an RX at a place near Lansing last summer until they had issues when I went to seal the deal. Im stuck guys, cycletrader has a black '16 like the one I was going to buy for $10k, just like the one I was about to jump on last year, here's my pic, |

Go for it. I drive my RX "daily" (work week daily), about 85 miles. Most all Buells have a little more idiosyncrasy's than most brands, but overall, I'm happy with it. Mike |

Well they aren't being made anymore so supply of bikes both new and used will slowly dwindle, so don't wait too long to pull the trigger. |

Thanks guys, I've tried to read as much as possible about all the issues with this bike. I've traditionally only had in-line 4 rockets and I'd love a V-twin powerhouse American super sport. When I went to grab the one last summer it had the speedo/traction control issues along a fuel pump deal. This scared me a little not to mention the lack of parts availability soon to come (as if parts weren't scarce enough). |

I'm not far from you, and just picked up an SX from Bennett in Marlette, at an amazing price. They are very refined compared to my XB. I am very happy with the purchase. |

I wasn't too worried about it as long as maintenance parts are available. Other stuff will come along via bikes being wrecked and stripped. |

I have 24Kmi on my 1125, the EBR is a better bike. One stator early on, if you can get 30,000 miles for $10,000 that is $.33 a mile. Why NOT? |
