You can get a new CR top tree for $105.97 from New Castle HD, and the top clamp for $13.76.

Both show out of stock pending obsolete. Is the SX piece the same dimensions?

Where are you ordering the part? Shop.newcastlehd.com is usually very good and removing ordering options from pending obsolete parts. I've yet to order a part from them and have it cancelled. It still shows available on their site. I ordered 1125R triples just 4 months ago from them.

I received a reply to an email request for parts to do CR high bar conversion. The parts guy said the tree and clamp are "not in stock and Harley shows out of stock and pending obsolete, most likely won't be available." The EBR SX upper tree is probably available but twice the cost, so hopefully before spring one will pop up on evilBay...
