Just wanted your opinions 2003 xb front and rear suspension I am 240 6 ft and not aggressive. Whats a good starting point to tune in the suspension?

Not knowing the model xb you have; there should be a suspension settings table in the owner's manual.

Maybe I should have been more detailed.
Yes I have a manual but looking for input as this is not an XB but a tuber with an XB front and rear suspension so I was hoping to just get a little insite and thoughts.

No clue other than to start by setting the "sag" front & rear. Then dialing in the rebound & compression to suit your riding conditions.

Google might be helpful.

I'm going to 'assume' that the weight, and wheelbase may be different on this bike, when compared to a standard XB ; )
But I would still look at a factory owners manual for say, a 2005 XB9 or 12. The suspension settings give you a good starting point based on your weight, and riding preference.
You can then make small adjustments to suit your needs.
