I think everyone's aware of the EBR parts LAP has available for sale, and they've advertised surplus equipment from EBR's operations that they're selling, but photos at LAP's site and photos from people who've been there show a lot of Buell (yes, Buell) parts they have available. Apparently the only way to get this stuff is to actually go there, pay for it, and pick it up. These items are not included on the published lists of stuff for sale. Here are some photos lifted from Facebook and LAP's website:
I'm sure some of this stuff has been sold by now, but there looks like some really cool parts that are still available. |

I'm trying to reach the right person to get some pricing on the NOS parts for the old school tubers. No luck yet.... |

I think they need to be a little careful in advertising these old parts. |

LAP posted the bottom 4 pics on their site (engines, tool cart, and wheels) everything else came from people who posted pics to Facebook. None of these items is included in the lists you can download. |

***Cross post from classified and old school threads*** Okay....here's the scoop... I'm going to get some stuff from the liquidation sale at EBR/Buell. While I'm there, I can pick up some additional items for those interested parties. Here's what I know... Original carbon fiber S1 rear fender. You know the ones. Most were chopped or what not. $250 plus shipping for me to pick up at factory. S2 tank cover and tail section. Naked unpainted pieces. $450 plus shipping for a set Send me a text at nine-two-zero 883-9197 if interested. I may make the trip tomorrow. So let me know ASAP |

So I think the S2 bodywork is the real deal. I haven't had it in my hands yet. But I bought some and had a friend pick it up. He described them and they seem like the real deal. I've had AirTech bodywork on my S1W when I used to track the bike. The AirTech isn't very solid and feels cheap. HE said these parts are stiff and have some heft. Most of them had some cracks or broken tabs. He picked through them to get me a good set. I also snagged a carbon fiber tail piece for an S1W and the red carbon fiber X1 front fender. |

Well if they'd actually find a way for the non factory visitors to see this inventory, folks like me might be buying....... |
