Hmmm kinda funny I send stuff back and fourth with K12 all the time dont ever have an issue heck sometimes we just give the parts to each other. Been around the block with Dave too no problems. I work alot have a family built a house but could still take 30 seconds to send a quick email.
I have never had an issue with anyone on the site guess I am extra special!!!! |

Hmmmm if K12 is refusing to pay you theirs probably a damn good reason. If he got charged 180 bucks for shipping then that's a good reason imo. I have also become great friends with K12 over the years, good dude and highly trustworthy individual! |

Just saw an email from Paypal, I got a refund of $57.50! That's most of it... I'm just happy that this saga is over, keep the other $2.50 it's not worth the brain damage to think about it. |

So I ship and recieve 4-5 pallets each on fed x speedee and ups daily. In 6 yrs I have only had an item reboxed one time and both sender and reciever had a repackage slip sent and the labels will say it was repackaged.
If a seller wanted to correct this they would provide the payment to make it right. As in this case it shows that you def loose more then gain! |

I've resisted joining this thread as I am not involved and was hoping it would go away but I will add that I too would stand with K12 without any hesitation, I've known him for several years, first class bueller! Same goes for most of the members here.
If you have several people here saying somethings not right, then you can bet something is probably not right. |

Yeah thanks for all of the support for KY pilot. I know he will proud of his historical accomplishments with all of you. But thst is the past. This is now the current situation has him basically telling me to ••• off until he is good and ready to pay me. I offered him fifty buck off He declined. I offered to pay all the shipping plus whatever the cost to send it back He declined He had a dispute with fedX. And PayPal. Not me. But he refused to give me anything until he is done playing with the dispute. He also said he sent dampeners to be rebuilt. Still no money from him |

Hey I never had any problems either until this oversized box halted production. I don't do that much shipping But Once I saw the giant box. I had to laugh It seemed pretty funny By I figured FEDX would see it was their doing not mind I brought them a box half that size. All they had to do was tape the top. But she ask if she could rebox it. What do I know? I did not check the pricing. They should have refunded him right away. I mean WTF she didn't say. "Hey is it alright if we charged you triple what your box would cost".

Ahh so you not only send stuff across the country with out recieving payment first you let your shipper have control of all costs? This one is all on you sir.
Have you sent him all the funds to reimburse him for product shipping and cover the reshape cost? If not there is no conversation to have. Also as far as I can tell you have went over the line several times so you are probably getting what you asked for!!!! And I would have blocked you.
In all my sales transactions on this site buying and selling and its a lot pretty much sold two bikes worth of individual parts. I only had one issue where I paid and never received the product so the people on here are genuinely good respectful people but like with me you cross the line and its done.
So basically its on you. |

Thirty years . ••• him. His character is keeping all my stuff without paying for it. And is demanding I pay him twice the amount the shipping cost him or else I get nothing. I knew after the first phone call I would see any money from him. Because he hung up on me and never answered any of calls or text and emails. Until I posted on badweb then he went even crazier. G

You don't get 145 for not answering your texts email or phone calls. You are someone that wants something for nothing. You have not tried to offer any solutions to this other than strong arming me with your ultimatum. Send my dampeners back and the dash. You can keep the seat. For the 180 shipping debacle. plus lets say 50 shipping. 225. ???? I don't care anymore if you got your feeling hurt. I apologized you hung up again because you were on the phone just to bitch. Here is the fair math 325 minus 180. But shipping would have cost at least 50 or 60 so that number is 120. 205. Send me that K12pilot be honorable. Any discounts past that. Is not fair. Or send the dampeners back with dash. The seat was 175 so you still get a good deal.

Caution: I had a guy tell me Karma is a B...h. I have the day last September wrote down on a board at work. He was let go on that day and spent a while unemployed. He made a threat to me on a recording on his bosses phone. Security walked him out. I not knowing about the threat got called into an office a half mile away and asked questions. I thought he had threatened one of my bosses. They asked if I thought he might carry out a threat outside of work. I told them he was too lazy to do anything but get drunk and staple his drunk buddies with an air tool. After a while I went to his area manager and told him the guy wasn't any kind of threat and he shouldn't punish him forever for being stupid. They let him have his job back. He hates me. I also told them not to let the guy know I went to bat for him getting back in. He doesn't talk to me and I'm fine with that.
I've never seen Karma work the way a person preaching it wanted it to. |
