For you folks down southward looking for an interesting but relatively less meandering route, I'd suggest riding up hwy-83 all the way to Fond du Lac, then meander or super-slab it the rest of the way to Daves's Place. I-45 would be the relatively quickest way to get there though if anyone is short on time. Just a thought. CJ, Happy CJ-Day. Curious about what happened with the car, but I won't press the issue, as long as you're okay is all that matters. |

Thanks mikej, as for the car I had a wreck up the road from Uke's Sunday before last, and totaled it !! Neither I nor the other person were hurt and for that I'm grateful, I would have felt badly about that. Haven't posted about it, cause I've been pretty upset about it, but it's getting better !! I'm still paranoid about driving, and sure was glad I wasn't on my bike when it happened ! Always wear a seatbelt, it really does work, I only hurt where the seatbelt grabbed !! By the way, you look sooo cute in your profile pic !! CJ

Hey all, Good to hear your alright CJ. On another note: I'm headed back to Wisconsin this fall for a family reunion in the Lake Geneva / Elkhorn Area looking for suggestions on rides to see if I should bring out my S1 or not. |

Beautiful riding weather. I on the other hand will be riding the sofa this weekend. Just got back from the Dentist after having my wisdom teeth pulled. Loads of fun! Now only if the bleeding would stop!! |

Rocket, Nice seeing you down at Uke's the other day. For what it's worth, I had one of mine pulled last week and it took 4 days for the bleeding to stop. JT |

Saturday morning and the wisdom holes stopped bleeding. NN, I'll take your advice and steer clear of riding. But Sunday I'm going. The pain is not bad, so no need anymore for the pain killers( but I'll hang on to them just in case ). I have an idea for the news letter. A " How To" wash your bike. This may have been done in the past, but I've tried some new things and they work great!! If interested, let me know and I'll send something to Bomber ( he's the news guy right?) Have fun riding!! Be Safe. |

Dana...Sure did. Looks like Di and I will have to make a run down (in the Miata) to test your Hendrick's Gin. Email your hours so we can visit while you are there. Andrea...Great April Fool's Joke. I almost sent flowers! Am both disappointed and relieved to learn that they were not required. Best wishes for you to excel in the MSF class. With all the new riding opportunities you folks have it looks like you will have a very busy summer. |

Gee do I ever love my Canon Digital Rebel especially with the 75-300mm zoom lens when mounted on the Digital Rebel gives the equivalent to a 450mm.
