I sold the dampeners to K12pilot I have the one left without the 54 mm bracket. Dave does not want the Frame or any other parts.So they are for sale again. | ||

I don't know what "Dave" you're talking about that backed out last week, but the last email exchange between you and me was 1/31 when I sent you my cell number (as you asked) so you may send photos. Sorry Brentx1 I did not respond on time. But you said you were out remember? Then I sent you the emails. That is when you did not respond back. Either way K12pilot got the seat the two dampeners and the X1 crossroads dash. But refuses to call text or respond to anything do. I guess he became super busy right after I sent him the parts. But he did not pay me. So like I said you would have to pay first for anything from now on. And Dave did back out. The only Dave on this post. He did not want to pay shipping. He was clear on that. | ||

Truth is that I was way to busy to sell this stuff at this time but I am mostly broke so I have to do something. Work is 2 hours away. I apologize to everyone except K12pilot since he ripped me off it seems. Or yeah he will rise from dead and make look like I was being pushing wanting to get paid sooner rather than later. Unless not replying to all my texts and phones calls means he is just waiting to how act. Not sure. | ||

I think Kellen was confused on the "Dave" part... it was me "Madmacks"that wanted the frame and a few other things and we did text back and forth quite a bit and agree on good prices but the shipping for a frame was just too difficult and expensive. Personally I would never sell anything on the internet without getting paid first.. If I make it down to California before this stuff sells I will do business with Kellen | ||

I apologize for anything I might have said regarding K12pilot. I guess when you ship something you don't want a box that is too big. The price for his parts shot up. FedX got there in 3 days. But the cost was more than he or I thought it was going to be. Madmacks and Dave no wonder I can not sell anything? I need to designate another Email soly for something like this. I am NOT going to get into a public pissing match with a punkass crack head. I have been around here a bit & have done business with many members both ways, & a few members in this thread, including those that have called you out already. NOT that anyone probably gives a crap, but, YOU are the one that suggested that I should pay you AFTER the parts arrived as described,(which they are not & other parts we discussed were not delivered) for you to SAVE the deal since I expressed my concern with your lack of communication & response or lack there of... That was the only way this was going to go down.... And the only reason was for the seat to get my daughter back on a bike with me. So I gave you my Fedex ground acc.# to ship the pkg with to make it easier for you. MY BAD!!! I for sure did not expect a 30lb refrigerator box to be on my front door last night. You shipped on 2/11 arrived 2/16 not 3 days u should get ur facts together.    So be a MAN put the PIPE down & answer my calls or pick up the phone & CALL me at a respectable time, I am in bed by 9 & up VERY EARLY. DON'T TXT me. If you do not know it there is a 3 HOUR time difference between NY and Cali. If you call me at 3 AM my time again cracked out of your mind I will block your phone # and wait for a postal money order for my shipping costs & return shipping costs for your parts. If you feel that you want to continue this pissing match here I will post the text messages you sent me insulting the members of this thread. Whatever way you want to go is fine with me!! Just thought I'd give a little update on Kellenbm's business practices. I sent him payment through Paypal last Sat for the last steering damper he had. Since then he's had no contact with me. I guess I got taken for a few bucks, (not much). But if he shows up on here selling things again I'd recommend avoiding him. | ||

File a Dispute with your PayPal account and they will withdraw those funds from the receiving account and place into an escrow pending a determination. | ||

I have been super busy. I just checked the paypal Dave sent me 60 bucks for the silver dampener. Got to send that thing. ••• not a day off and 2 hour commute up and back. Not to get all Country on you but My three year old Chow Chow got sick and have been all worried about her to boot. She had a curable sickness. Back to BadWeb No one is getting ripped off from me. I just did not send it yet. They only thing that gets done when I get home is sleep. Because I am commuting 2 hours one way right now. Construction flooring job. Plus I thought I gave you my phone number. You could call me about the not getting the dampener yet? Whatever I will send the money back to you. I think done trying to make any money with this stuff. I have to pay to get my stuff back from K12pilot because fuking FEDX reboxed my box and charged him 180 fricking dollars. I have suspended selling anything on Badweb. Due to K12pilots refusal to pay me. Over his shipping fees. Sorry ZED 47. For leading you on but I needed a certain amount of money and since K12 did not give me money Selling anything else would be futile. K12 has been putting off giving my money but he told me sent the dampeners off to be rebuilt. What a •••! |
