So I just checked and the seat on my Ulysses is a Bill Mayers saddle, but when I checked his site, it made no mention of buells at all. Does anyone on here know if they used to make them, or if this was a custom piece. |

They do mention Buell on their site, but the seat is most likely a custom job based on everything I'm reading on their site. |

I bought a Rick Mayer seat for my Uly from a member here a couple of years ago. It has been a great addition to a great bike. Well worth the money! http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/21/ 708143.html |

I reckon the stock seat on my 2006 Ulysses is the most comfortable motorcycle seat I've ever been on. |

The most comfortable seat I ever had was a Diamond seat made in Carter Lake, Iowa. Custom made for your height for around 300 bucks but this was back around 1989 or so and they sold the business to some outfit back east. Did a 1000 miler in under 24 hours on that seat one time. My butt gets soar on the ULY tall seat in about 300 miles. |
